1. 三流的化妆是脸上的化妆，二流的化妆是精神的化妆，一流的化妆是生命的化妆。 The highest stage to make yourself looks better is to colour up your soul and life.Foundation on your face absolutely will not help much to make yourself looks prettier. 2. 化妆只是最末的一个枝节，它能改变的事实很少。 Face Make up is just the last step to beautify yourself,it can't really change much truth/things on itself. 3. 深一层的化妆是改变体质，让一个人改变生活方式。睡眠充足，注意运动与营养，这样她的皮肤改善，精神充足，比化妆有效的多。 The higher stage of "make up" is to take care of your everyday life, to exercise more, control your diet, and have enough sleep,so that your skin will improved and full of spirit throughout the whole day. It is more useful and effective than the normal face make up process. 4. 再深一层的化妆是改变气质，多读书，多欣赏艺术，多思考，对生活乐观，对生命有信心，心地善良，关怀别人，自爱而有尊严，这样的人不化妆也丑不到哪里去，脸上的化妆只是化妆最后的一件小事。 Next, the highest stage of "make up" is aimed to change your disposition. Read and appreciate acts more, think more, stay positive, be confident, be kind, be disiplined and care for others. This kind of people will still look good even without make up on their faces, for face make up itself is just the last thing to do in the whole "make up" process. 5. 在这个世界一切的表面都不是独立自存的，一定有它深刻的内在意义，那么，改变表相最好的方法，不是在表面下功夫，一定要从内在里改革。 There's nothing in this world that can live with its surface its own, for sure they have got their own meaning and reason for their living. That is why if you wanna change something, even if it seems surface, you will need to change the inner side too, for that's the most important process among all. 1。我想告诉那些和我同病相怜的人，要坚强，坚强，再坚强！生活着就是美好的。

I would like to tell the people that face the same predicament as me TO BE STRONG AND NEVER GIVE UP! It is wonderful to be alive.

2。我想告诉那些健康，但一时想不开而走向轻生的人，生活没有什么过不去的困难，我这样躺着都想好好地活下去，你一个健康的人根本就没有什么理由不让自己好好地生活下去，坚持下去，风雨过后就是彩虹。

I would like to tell the people that are HEALTHY yet fragile to face the challenges in life, that finally choose to end LIFE itself, that THERE'S NOTHING THAT CAN'T GET OVER WITH in life. Even I ,still wanted to live well. YOU as a healthy person certainly has no reason to NOT let yourself to LIVE WELL, to be strong and be brave.

3。我还向和那些为生活而忘我工作的人说，千万注意自己的身体，留得青山在，不怕没柴烧，珍惜生命才能更好地工作。

Also, I would like to tell all the busy-working citizens nowadays, that ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH. You can only work well if you know how to appreciate yourself and your health.

4。再次，想和那些为了金钱而不择手段，甚至谋财害命的人说，珍惜他人也是珍惜你自己，生命只有一次，来之不易。钱乃身外之物，光明正大，昂首挺胸的生活着多么地美好。

Once more, for those who willing to do Anything to earn MONEY; even IF to hurt the others too; that the act of appreciating the other's life is also the act of appreciating yourself . Everyone has only ONE LIFE and one chance to live, but MONEY is just the act(add) of wealth for one's benefits. Do choose to live brightly and GOOD.

5。最后我祝愿天下所有人都有个健健康康的身体，愿好人一生平安！

At last, I would like to wish all the people in this whole wide world to have a strong and healthy body, and may god bless you all the time.
