1. 三流的化妆是脸上的化妆，二流的化妆是精神的化妆，一流的化妆是生命的化妆。 The highest stage to make yourself looks better is to colour up your soul and life.Foundation on your face absolutely will not help much to make yourself looks prettier. 2. 化妆只是最末的一个枝节，它能改变的事实很少。 Face Make up is just the last step to beautify yourself,it can't really change much truth/things on itself. 3. 深一层的化妆是改变体质，让一个人改变生活方式。睡眠充足，注意运动与营养，这样她的皮肤改善，精神充足，比化妆有效的多。 The higher stage of "make up" is to take care of your everyday life, to exercise more, control your diet, and have enough sleep,so that your skin will improved and full of spirit throughout the whole day. It is more useful and effective than the normal face make up process. 4. 再深一层的化妆是改变气质，多读书，多欣赏艺术，多思考，对生活乐观，对生命有信心，心地善良，关怀别人，自爱而有尊严，这样的人不化妆也丑不到哪里去，脸上的化妆只是化妆最后的一件小事。 Next, the highest stage of "make up" is aimed to change your disposition. Read and appreciate acts more, think more, stay positive, be confident, be kind, be disiplined and care for others. This kind of people will still look good even without make up on their faces, for face make up itself is just the last thing to do in the whole "make up" process. 5. 在这个世界一切的表面都不是独立自存的，一定有它深刻的内在意义，那么，改变表相最好的方法，不是在表面下功夫，一定要从内在里改革。 There's nothing in this world that can live with its surface its own, for sure they have got their own meaning and reason for their living. That is why if you wanna change something, even if it seems surface, you will need to change the inner side too, for that's the most important process among all.
